COVID-19 Announcement

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, Windigrove Apartments plans to ensure business continuity and the safety of our employees and communities. Our top priorities continue to be the health and well-being of our employees and our residents, ensuring uninterrupted service to our customers, and finally, doing our part in preventing further spread of the virus.

Effective May 26 our office will be open *by appointment only* for residents and prospects alike. Appointments will be taken Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 pm. Residents/prospects will need to contact the office to schedule an appointment and for further instructions on appointment protocol. Those without an appointment will not be permitted to enter.

We will continue to closely monitor the outbreak and take all necessary steps to support our customers while protecting the safety of our team based on guidance from local, state, and national authorities.

The Virginia Rent and Mortgage Relief Program (RMRP) is designed to support and ensure housing stability across the commonwealth during the coronavirus pandemic. Depending on the availability of funds and household needs, the RMRP may provide financial assistance for rent or mortgage payments for eligible households. Please visit dhcd.virginia.gov/eligibility to determine eligibility and begin the application process if qualified.
